What do you consider to be your greatest strengths as an educator?

My greatest strengths as an educator are flexibility, communication, creativity and lesson planning. As a teacher it is often necessary to use multiple approaches in regards to planning, delivering instruction, and managing relationships with other teachers and staff.

How do you help your students develop good attitudes toward learning?
I help my students develop good attitudes toward learning by making the lesson interesting and catered to their interests and need, as well as being confident in my teaching and ability to challenge my students. Giving students choices in how they complete targeted goals is essential, as well as increasing engagement by integrating technology
