Explain Ways To Maintain Work Life Balance Essay

To ensure that I maintain a work –life balance, the first thing is to make sure there is a balance and if there is not, then admitting that I’m stressed and committing myself to doing something about it. I can achieve balance by being organised and keeping track of the time that is spent on work related projects and time that is spent on personal activities to see if there is a consistent balance. By being physically and mentally healthy, taking adequate breaks from work by being distracted by something other will also increase the work load efficiency. By maintaining a social life and recreation time away from work and work related activities, doing some form of exercise for at least 20 minutes a day 3 times a week will help to keep stress
