Explain The Three Working Relationships In Health And Social Care

In a health care setting there are mainly three working relationships involved: the care worker working with his/her colleagues, the care worker working with the care home manager/ward manager and the care assistant working with the patients/clients. The care worker main goal is to make sure that the care they provide to any individual on their care is done accordingly to the agreed plan of care. It is the care worker main responsibility to deliver good quality care by informing and involving their patients/clients in all decision making related to their care procedures, therefore aiming to improve the patient's feedback and deliver a more effective, healthy and personalised care service.
The care manager or ward manager has the main duty
