Explain The Three Canadian Social Determinants Of Health

- The three Canadian Social Determinants of Health that are addressed in relation to how it might impact my ability to meet the recommendations are education, stress and income. As what I have said, the reason why I consumed less dairy products when recording my 3 day intake was because of the appearance of my pimples. However, if I have more knowledge and understanding of how my body works, then I would know that it was not the intake of dairy products that instigates my pimples, but stress. Being educated also means adapting more sophisticated skills to evaluate how behaviors I adopt might be harmful or beneficial to my health. Furthermore, if I was educated that ingesting dairy products, then I could have not limited myself from consuming
