Explain The Six Perspectives Of Understanding Psychology

There are six perspectives into understanding psychology. Out of those six, cognitivism is the most important perspective in psychology. Although behaviorism also focused on human behaviors, cognitive psychology focused more on the internal part of the body. Cognitive psychology also made a huge impact in psychology as a science by further increasing our knowledge in understanding the human brain and the way the brain functions.
Compared to behaviorism, cognitive psychology focuses on how people perceive things and respond to them, or in other words, the behavior of a person. Instead of just understanding the behavior based off of the environment, cognitive psychology really looks at the process to why someone is behaving the way they are.
