I try not to waste a lot of food. But I do have a problem I get lazy sometimes when I eat food outside I have a problem of not throwing the rapper away when I should. My goal is to improve and throw away my garbage and not to pollute. This has helped me see the dangers of pollution and what we can do to save the earth. That I can do something to help. Emotional health Is the ability understand your own feelings.
Not being well in this area can lead to depression low self esteem you will bottle up stress and feelings and it will get worse.Cutting and maybe suicide. BUt if you tell people your problems you will get better and feel more positive about yourself and you will cope better. You might get good friends good jobs and a good family.
I am doing good for emotional health I sometimes tell people what is the matter or i just shrug it off or just bottle it up. My goal is to improve on telling people what is the matter and my problem when it is up.
