Explain The Seven Behaviors That Promote Learning Behavior

There are seven behaviors that promote learning the behaviors are grit, curiosity, self-control, social intelligence, zest, optimism, gratitude. The behaviors that I consider most important for my learning is self-control.
Each behaivours has different meanining grit has the meaning rarely if ever demonstrates perserance in pursuit of goals. Curiosity meaning is rarely if ever demonstrates desire to know and learn. Self control meaning is control of emotions actions behouris and expressions. Social intelligence meaning is abilty to get along well with others. Zest meaning is enthusiasm and energy. Opstimism meaning is hope fullness and confidence about the future.
