I feel like the need for prestige and status does not relate to my situation because I’m not a person who wants too much attention. Reputation is important and it’s nice to have people admire and respect you, but for me I’m not going into the field of social services to gain respect and a good reputation. Though if I get recognize for my skills and service then I’m thankful for it, and I wouldn’t be pretentious about it. I would treat others with equal respect as how I would like to be treated. For someone who is not aware of it, they may cause discomfort
