The Natural Disasters of the Cold War map I have constructed exemplifies the several hurricanes and earthquakes that took place during the Cold War. The interpretation of my map explains that the decision of the Kyoto Protocol was based around natural disasters that only occurred near oceans. The question that I have is based on what influenced the treaty when natural disasters only occurred near the ocean?
