Campsmount however gets affected by the computer misuse act massively as they need to protect their computers enough so that no-one can hack into their system and therefore the system that stores all of our data through the NAS system. Campsmount has to keep by the computer misuse act and make sure that no user can hack into any other user’s account. This is by using password’s that are assigned to each user rather than having one password and you choosing what account to use. An operational issue with health and safety would be to replace all of their computers every 5 or so years. This makes it so that they are always safe to use and makes sure that most of the computers don’t have any problems and can’t cause any problems to health if they overheat or if they suddenly break and cause a spark. Another health and safety feature that Campsmount uses is the USB Ban on computer that will disable the detection of USB drives in the USB ports. This protects the network and our work as it means that no one can put viruses onto the server and
