Current practice varies between institutions and between healthcare professionals Aspiration has long been taught in the nursing profession as the golden rule and many nurses and medical assistants continue to perform this way. However, there are other practices who state that this is no longer the preferred method with some injection site exceptions. This discrepancy in procedure means that the need for further research and education is necessary.…

Evidence based practice is so important in the current healthcare world. When evidence based practice is at the center of any organization, there is great improvement in practice and patient outcome. “Only 55% of the time, patients get the evidence-based practice needed for their plan of treatment (IOM 2001). The institute for healthcare improvement, launched 100,000 Lives Campaign enrolled more than 3,000 hospitals, representing an estimated 75 percent of U.S. hospitals beds, which implemented up to six evidence-based and life-saving interventions. In eighteen months, the campaign prevented an estimated 122,300 deaths through the implementation of these six evidence-based practices across the country.”…

Morality and the Law Children have to have rules they might not like them because rules represent restrictions and consequences. The eventual goal is for kids to know about discipline as kids, they learn about the right and wrong, so when growing up they will be in charge of their own decisions and choices. People know that laws need to follow due to be the right thing to do. If there would not be no laws in society, then even the simple things could become a big problem. Laws are important because they are principles for what is allowed even breaking those laws can be justifiable and acceptable when the law itself is unfair and unjust.…

As you stated the advanced practice nurse (APN) must center care on evidence based practice. Implementation of best practices consists of the APN assessing and planning care based on best practices and with the knowledge of cultural values and beliefs. The understanding and use of evidence based practice is considered a core competency of the APN and further defines the professional role (Butler, 2011). Development of this competency promotes positive patient outcomes. While evidence based practice has proven to produce improved patient outcomes, reduced health care cost and improved clinical patient satisfaction, it is calculated its use is 55% (Vincent, Hastings-Tolsma, Gephart & Alfonzo, 2015).…

People feel watched with in the walls of those organizations and often feel trapped. Panopticon was created to discipline people which is accomplished by knowing that we are being watched. Why research project should be done in year 11 I have chosen this topic because in my option doing research project in year 11 would be more beneficial for you to do it in year 11 you would have another chance to do it again in year 12 also that it would give another line of frees in year 12 which means you could have more time to complete you work you have and have less stress The main point that I think that research project should be done in year 11 is because if you complete it in year 11 and fail it you have the change to redo it again in year 12. I think that redoing it in year 12 would be better than having to comeback the year after and redoing year 12 because that would be horrible having to be in with all the younger year levels, so if you could redo it in year 12 would be better. If you did the research project in year 11 you would lose your free but losing your free in year 11 would mean that you would gain another free in year 12 which would mean you wouldn’t have to do as much homework because you would do your homework in your free which would take stress of you which would be very beneficial. Another reason why I think research should be done in year 11 is because it gives you the best opportunity to do your best because like I said before you would have the chance to redo it in year 12 where people that do research in year 12 would be to ashamed to come back the year after and redo year 12.…

The rule is one of the most important elements to maintain efficient and well-functioning civilization, but rules are also limit people’s individuality to conform to exemplary form and create mundane and limit one’s individuality. To express one’s individuality, and to escape cruel reality, people try to connect stories larger than themselves which one wouldn't explore unless rules limit individuality. For example, scrolling Instagram or Whatsapp status, talking to each other, finishing other classes task, updating status and others. So, to make sure that they can focus when someone delivered the instruction is that they gathered all the phone before the class session started. Besides, they need to manage their time and know what is needed to be prioritize, so that they will not do any other work in other class.…
