Explain the different thought process you used in creating the flyer, the memo to your superior and the memo to your peers in the assignment this week.
1) How did you go about approaching the topic differently when you composed the memo to your boss as compared to the memo to your peers?- In creating a memo to my superior, I will approach by asking her/his approval, keep it professional and make sure the content of the memo is direct to the point. To my peers, I will make sure that everybody can clearly understand, used simple and avoid jargon.
2) What did you take into consideration when designing your flyer?

When it's gonna be
Title and graphics that catch the eyes of reader's attention
