Explain The Criteria For Effective Government

Throughout history people have been searching for a perfect government. I have discovered the 3 main criteria for a perfect and fully operational government. It takes Logic and common sense, communique and transparency, and of course the government must have leaders. NOT JUST ONE LEADER, no, it must have 3 leaders with equal authority. Why do I say this? I have decided on these 3 criteria for the following reasons. A government must have logic and common sense. This is an obvious one to me because if you think about how the government would run without it we would be in deep trouble. If the government decided to go and bomb Soviet Russia for no reason we would be questioning them for many reasons. One, because Soviet Russia doesn't exist anymore and second of all because that has no common sense and reason to it. Therefore there must be rational decisions in a government. This is important because in our government today, many people do not trust the government and think they are hiding things from us as citizens. This is dangerous and causes the citizens to rebel. Therefore, we need to have trust in our government. In order to have trust in the government we need to have communication and transparency. In a perfect government there would be no secrets kept from the citizens and all the citizens will have a voice. In Lord Of The Flies Ralph is the leader of their government, but he calls assemblies to talk to the “citizens” and hear their opinions.
