Here are some cases

Suspicious Links/IP Loggers: This is clearly not allowed and very dangerous
Perm mute : /mute (his ign) Suspicious Links

Posting Non-Related OPCraft Links: This is self-explanatory
Perm mute : /mute (His Ign) Posting Non-Related OPCraft Links

Leaking Staff Information: This can be IPs, Staff's Skypes, real names etc.
I would report The User To an higher staff on the OpCraft Staff Team.

Staff Disrespect: This is being rude to the staff member.
Warn the user once: /warn (His Ign) Staff Disrespect
Then, tempmute the user for five minutesif he keeps going ; /tempmute (His Ign) 5m Staff Disrespect
And if he keeps going i will then increase the mute times by
