Explain some cases in which you would perm-ban/temp-ban people:
Suspicious Links - Posting suspicious links in chat could possibly get you permanently muted, based on a Moderator+'s view of the situation.
Staff Disrespect - After the first warning, staff have the right to temp-mute a player for 5-15 minutes (based on severity) However, a Manager can change the punishment to whatever they seem fit using their judgment.
Staff Impersonation - It's an instant 15 minute temp-mute. Yet, if it continues, an Enforcer+ can act on the situation.
Hacking - If caught hacking, the player will first be temporarily banned for 2 days, then during the ban time, the staff will discuss if the ban should be transferred into a permanent ban.
