Anna believes her personality has changed over time as she has learned new things and has had different life experiences.

She would identify herself as an adult, but doesn’t always want to do that. Aside from age, becoming responsible for yourself and your actions is a massive step in becoming an adult, according to Anna.

Physically, she tries to eat healthy and be active each day. She gets out of the house and takes vitamin supplements. Secondly, mentally, she attempts let things go by not putting unnecessary burdens on one area
