1. How would you describe your work philosophy? My philosophy is focus on quality 1st and speed 2nd and never sacrifice quality for any reason. Do it right the first time so you don't have to do it again. I thrive in fast past environments, during the last 3 years of working events I have grown accustomed to the environment and I feel like I do well in it.
2. How would you describe your ideal supervisor? My ideal supervisor is a supervisor that is very hands off. One that is there if I need help or guidance but one that will not do my work for me or work on my tasks. I need a supervisor that is communicates well and treats everybody with respect.
