In life, setting goals and working to achieve them are some of the most important skills to master and develop to be succesful. I learned greatly about the techniques of reaching goals when I was assigned to be captain of a professional paintball team. One of the most difficult experiences of my life was when my paintball team put the goal to win a championship tournament. My paintball team was made up of youth under the age of 18. We undestood that to win a championship, it would require competing against teams much more experienced and seasoned than we were. We decided to dedicate the time and effort to practicing required to win. During the season leading up to the championship, we encountered many challenges. Two of our best players suffered
