In life, setting goals and working to achieve them are some of the most important skills to master and develop to be succesful. I learned greatly about the techniques of reaching goals when I was assigned to be captain of a professional paintball team. One of the most difficult experiences of my life was when my paintball team put the goal to win a championship tournament. My paintball team was made up of youth under the age of 18. We undestood that to win a championship, it would require competing against teams much more experienced and seasoned than we were.
