BRING!! BRING!! What's that sound you may ask? It is your alarm going off. Yet again its another day for you to wake up early and get ready for school. You do not have a lot of time left until it is time to leave. As you scramble to get dressed and do all the other necessities to start off your day. This is an all too common way people start off the day. This would not be a common case if school started later on.

We start with the most important meal of the day breakfast. Most don't have the time to sit down to a meal of bacon, eggs, pancakes, etc. Most just grab something small and head out the door which most likely is not as nutritional as a balanced breakfast. It's been proven that breakfast can improve moods along with helping a teen maintain a healthy weight. Its also got

In a few cases when students wake up to start getting prepared for school most parents are still asleep because they have work later on. Now I am sure you would not wanna wake them up since they have work. Having a longer time untill school begins means you could wake up and see them. It makes it less likely for the student to become home sick.

Lastly sleep is important for everyone. Teens should recive a full eight hours of sleep and younger children around nine and a half. Someone who has not recived the required amount of sleep has slipping grades and a bad attitude. Sleep is the bodys time to heal itself when someone is deprived of it things such as driving and overall health become a hazard. Sleep is important to rid stress from the day and just make people happy. Losing even an hour of sleep is a bad idea.

In conclusion I belive school should be started later so that students can get a healthy breakfeast and be happy and ready for day of hard work. See family before both part ways to attend school and work. Along with get the reaquired amout of sleep for health benifits and getting rid of stress. Becuase no one should be rushed in the
