Explain How To Increase The Speed Of Football Players

A football game is just like a 90 minute interval session. Running full speed, slowing down when you reach the ball, weaving between defenders, and sudden stops to shoot or change directions. Just before the game footballers will feel a sudden rush of adrenaline, this will increase their heart rate, just like taking a penalty during the game, having tones of pressure on their shoulders. Days before the game players will be training hard and making sure they are fit and ready for the game. During this training they will do subtle jogs and then they will gradually increase the intensity to sprints. During long term, footballers will experience their cardiac output increase, their heart is trying to meet their muscles’ need for increased levels
