M - This can be measured by reducing the amount of mistakes or grammar
A - Making a study plan that I have to read at least five academic article a week to improve my ability of reading and writing. Arrange meeting with academic supervisor.
R - This would be shown when I receive my grades or any positive feedback from my academic supervisor.
T - The time frame needed to achieve this goal should be ongoing

S - Try to get customer feedback and take actions when any customers are not satisfied about their service
