We should know how to control your time and your work.We must be grateful to the development of the technology and the modern machinery, as it did not stop supporting people in work benefits, as well as additional knowledge and the solutions.But, besides Releases especially with students ages and our students today is the product of technology so attractive as smartphones, social media and email have made us spend a lot of hours on it, even is the day on those products and they almost made us forget the outside world confidentiality and distraction in the learning, communication, work, and family. I always turn up invisible or busy mode. In addition, I also split the work of the day. Most of us lack the patience, so if we do something that is not effective, it will be very daunting. In fact, science has proven that our brains can only focus on a limited number. The information in a certain time. So it's best to tackle a job, a big problem; Divide it into small tasks. That does not only help you relieve stress but also give you more interest in work and especially never delay.And I realize that wearing headphones and listening to music can also help you focus more on the job. Sometimes you are distracted for reasons like the person next to you speaks, or the sound of something that makes you curious. Then I always master myself by wearing headphones and playing a certain kind of music that can help you focus. For me, 'baroque' music can help me focus more on my work. In short, you should choose the type of music that will help you focus. Avoid the case of choosing music to hear and then drown in the sentence, the melody of the song that forgets what you are doing.Finally, to achieve good results we need to focus. So depending on everyone, we all have different ways of adjusting
