Each student will develop and maintain a Personal Leadership Plan which will include educational, personal, community, career exploration and leadership goals that will ensure a successful path to high school and beyond. The PLP provides students with ongoing opportunities to plan for, exhibit and reflect on aspects needed to be successful at RMA. “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” and the “The Leader In Me” curriculum will be the foundational principles and guiding influence of each student PLP. The Personal Leadership Plan is developed as a collaborative effort between the teacher, parent, student and all staff involved with the student’s academic achievement.
