Throughout time billions upon billions of people have lived on this planet. Most live their lives and stay a part of the crowd. But some rise above the crowd and completely change how people live forever. So, I chose to write about the lives and actions of a few of these people. Although many of these are people who chose to try and change the world for the better, there are a few who’s actions were not beneficial but instead caused world wide pain and suffering.

The Spanish government was forced to send a new governor to calm down the rioters. In 1502 he was released with most of the charges dropped but was stripped of all his nobility as well. Later that year Cristopher requested the king to fund one last trip across the Atlantic. He landed in Panama, but he was forced to head back to Spain early and leave two of the four boats he brought due to a vicious attack from the area’s natives. He died in the year 1506 in Spain. Christopher Columbus did not have a lot of success in his exploration, he set the groundwork for the next years that involved the foundation of settlements in America and many other important discoveries.
Adolf Hitler was born in Braunau am Inn, Austria, on April 20, 1889 as the forth out of six children. He had always been a strong believer in German Nationalism and was very devoted to his cause. In 1914 as World War One broke out Hitler joined the German army and fought even though he was still an Austrian citizen.
