I feel I have developed myself in all aspects through deepening self awareness, building self confidence, establishing interpersonal efficacy, applying new skills and expanding motivations.
I have learnt to understand my personality type I have discovered that if i can find a situation that I will thrive in it will help me avoid experiencing too much stress.

Separating myself from recent events. I am not what happens to me, nor how i believe others see me. I am who I choose to be - a person of character, dignity and self-confidence.
Confronting my fears. There's nothing that destroys self-confidence more than succumbing to fear. Everyone feels fear at various times; we're human, however facing circumstances with courage and poise strengthens character and builds self-confidence. By putting myself out there! If I am afraid to meet new people, attend social events, I refuse to stay at home and fret. Doing builds confidence. Of course, I’ll feel, and probably be awkward the first few times in new situations, however, the more I do it, the better I’ll get, and therefore the better I’ll feel about myself.
Good looks do not equal self-confidence. Some of the most attractive people in the world are insecure and lack self-confidence.
