If they have any question on how to stop the overpopulation of animals, want the history of the animal shelter they are working with, or need any other information or research the informational database would be their best resource. For cell phones or emails, if anyone is late, Tyler, and does not have time to make a phone call he can send a quick email or text message. By having someone be the devil’s advocate this will help people look at all angles of the situation. When people getting excited or think they have a good idea they don’t want to think of anything that can put a hole in that idea. If that is the case they will not consider all of the possibilities. Many times people will see that someone has a good idea and jump on board with them not looking at the sides of the issues either so they will not upset that person. By have a devil’s advocate that is all they do. Sit around and think of all the angles and possibilities that would happen with that one idea. It would also be a good idea if they leader kept their opinion to themselves. If an employee hears what the leader is thinking there is a possibility that they will agree with them, whether they actually do or not, to get on the boss or leader’s good idea.
