The group would gave discussion to get a better understanding of student’s opinions. The hypothesis for this experiment is that I think most college students would gather most of their information about the H1N1 pandemic from the internet. I also think many of the students would be in fear of getting exposed to it. The methodology used to test this was the focus groups. The independent variable for this experiment would be the student’s options of the various questions that the students were asked. The dependent variable would be the question that the students were asked. The control for this experiment would be the students that participated in the case study there were around 60 students from the Southeastern University. These students were then placed into focus groups were they were asked various question. The answers to the various questions that they asked were then separated into groups. One group was how the students seek health information. Many students explained how they seek health information from the campus news or from their parents. They explained how most students would use google specifically. Another set of data was grouped into the passively receiving H1N1 health-related information they explained how the students received information from the H1N1 pandemic first by media but they were not solely looking for information about the H1N1 pandemic it happened indirectly. Some more data was grouped into actively seeking H1N1-related information in this group students discussed how they actively sought information from various people including professors, friends, family the majority of the students asked their parents first. More data was grouped into H1N1 knowledge overall knowledge about the H1N1 pandemic was mixed some students knew more information about the H1N1 topic than other students. Students also explained how they thought that the H1N1 pandemic was being talked about too much this and it made the pandemic seem less important. The students always expressed how they were not taking any special precautions to prevent the H1N1 pandemic. Many students questioned if getting the vaccine
