Mack During my two years as an adjunct professor at El Centro Community College, I have worked with over 100 students on their term papers. Specifically I worked with them to select a topic that they were first interested in, and second, one that was small enough that they could cover it sufficiently in a ten-page paper. I also provided guidance to the students on properly citing their sources and on how to write an effective paper.
