This research paper will critique Billing’s essay on the suitability of women in managerial jobs, which is considered a male norm. The critique will focus upon the data collection methods, literature review (secondary data collection), primary citations and the usage of theoretical concepts inherited from literature. Billing conducts a qualitative research interviewing 20 Swedish and Danish female managers, mostly mothers, on their journey and experiences being women managers.
