While going through the class I learned in more detail about the importance of exercise, eating a balance diet, and how to be careful in my approach of losing weight. Going through the course I saw parts of my lifestyle that could use an improvement. A few things I saw that I should improve was not being active enough (not getting enough exercise), I Procrastinated, and that I tend to over think my problems.
