What was it like to listen intentionally instead of using other skills (e.g. questions)?
The conversation I am choosing to analyses occurred yesterday, between my sister in law and myself. It was not pre-arranged, however, I think it will work well for this analysis. Initially, I just listened, and as things progresses I asked simple follow up questions. I was very intentional to not give advice, initially.
