Explanation:
I chose this article because it covers the general information from both of the two articles below in a concise and easy to digest format. The article is broken up into eleven short and easily applicable topics, such as ‘Watch your iron’, instead of something like ‘minerals for fitness’. It’s an article that’s easy to read and can be applied to my own nutritional habits.
Nutrition and Fitness Goals: These articles have provided me with new ideas for more specific nutritional goals to coordinate with my fitness goals.
