Exemplary leadership emphasized on the ways a person, regardless of a title, come forward and act as a leader (Kousez and Posner, 2012). Whereas, the transformational leadership mentioned that a leader are usually in the higher authoritative power, such as nursing executive, that influence others upon work environment is changing (Robins and Davidhizar, 2007).
