Exemplars Research Paper

Exercises and being active today are definitely important for our everyday life. Many people become more attentive and intend to participate in any kind of fitness activities as much as they care about their health. In addition, there are also some exemplars decided to participate in those activities and continually maintain their involvement because they want to follow their dreams, build their physical appearances, and improve their health wellbeing. These exemplars are Novak Djokovic, Derek Theler, and Surivipa Kultangwatana. All of them take a really great position in the public and are well known in some countries. However, these exemplars have different stages of participation and involvement in the fitness activities as well.
