The liver is in the upper right of the abdominal cavity. It is under the diaphram and above the stomach. The liver does many things but the most important is produce bile, which breaks down fats for the rest of the digestive tract making digestion easier. The pancreas is located in the upper left of the abdomine and behind the stomach. It plays a large role in making food fuel for the body. The gall bladder is located under the liver. The gallbladder holds bile while it isn’t being used for digestion.
