The opportunity for Costco is changing the strategy, and enable their business keep increase. They can diversify their business, attracting young people market, and expansion international business. Diversify their business: Costco can gets more opportunity through diversify their business, such as the related service with their own business. Several days ago, I bought a watch in Costco. There is no related service with watch and if I want to adjust watchband, I should go to other shops. It is inconvenience to customers and easy to lose these customers.
