In my role as President of the Development Fund for Western Connecticut Health Network, I led the development and fundraising activities for two hospital foundations. At New York Medical College, I served in several increasingly responsible positions for more than 20 years, including Vice President for University Development, Vice President for Planning and Institutional Research and Director of the Institute for International Health. I have an MPH degree in International Health and spent more than seven years with a small Connecticut based NGO dedicated to improving the health and rights of orphaned and abandoned children in the Philippines. For three of those years, I served in the Philippines as Field Director of Operations.

I have also created marketing and public relations materials for both print and on-line usage. Most of my past responsibilities have required me to act as spokesperson for my organization. I enjoy speaking to groups, both large and small, and believe that my public presentation skills are strong.
At this point in my career I am interested in a role where I can use my extensive experience in an organization that I feel passion for and a commitment to.
