Why do you want this rank? I would like this rank because I am a reliable , trustworthy, mature person who I believe can help this server grow. The second reason is because I am very active on Teamspeak, Skype meaning I am very accessible when needed. Finally, I want this rank because I love helping people and making others lives easier, even if it is just communicating to the via Teamspeak.

At first I would warn them saying "Continue to advertise and I will have to mute you, please stop, thank you". If they begin to be racist once more I will mute them (temporarily) as I have no respect for racist people with the command:
/tempmute [IGN] [TIME] [RACISM, SCREENSHOTS].
If they begin to be racist, after the mute, I will confirm with other staff, then mute them permanently with the command:
/mute [IGN] [EXCESSIVE RACISM, SECOND OFFENCE]
Staff rudeness:
If a player begins to be rude to staff staff in any way, I will temporarily mute them using the command:
/tempmute [IGN] [TIME] [STAFF RUDENESS].
If, after the mute, they being to be rude staff again, I will mute them, permanently using the command:
/mute [IGN] [STAFF RUDENESS, SECOND OFFENCE].
Staff Impersonation:
If a player begins to impersonate staff in any way, I will temporarily mute them using the command:
/tempmute [IGN] [TIME] [STAFF IMPERSONATION].
