Point 1: In Why Happiness Is Healthy article, this message stood out to me because I agree with statement Landau made. I have personally experience several times dealing with want to substitute happiness. When wanting a specific good, it can either be materialism or physical. I understand hot cheetos are extremely harmful towards the body’s immune system. However, hot cheetos satisfy me while I enjoy eating them. I had days where I am terribly sick for a whole week and it literally kills my performance throughout the day. Some of the environmental factors that can bring my attitude down are sunny days. On high temperature days, the heat can generate my body to be dehydrated, causing my body to feel nauseous, contain a headache, and pertain dry skin. This environmental factor can initiated me of not wanting to go out throughout the day and not be proactive, including producing me to be irritated all day.

Point 3: Psychological and physical well-being is crucial towards being joyful in our everyday lives. People have to mentally therapeutic themselves and believe that they are beautiful and smart, in order to be in high spirits. It’s basically what continous us to proceed in life, according to the scientific studies. This passage fascinated me once I read it, being healthy causes anyone to be in a status of psychological happy. Another example, pertaining a disease can makes us feel down because we mentally think we are not perfect and think we are not same like the rest.
