Sexism in the 21 century is a problem both men and women face because it is an accepted mindset and it is creating distress between sexes. What i mean is when a man for example, is being sexist to a woman, that woman will think all men are for the rest of her life or until she has a change of mind. Between the early 1900’s and late 1800’s, women were beginning a fight for equality with men. There has been a great change but it still exists and affects our modern country in many ways. Sexism is defined as “prejudice, stereotyping, or discrimination, typically against women, on the basis of sex”.
