Those losses often are rewarded by acquiring or reaching whatever goal they have. Love is a feeling that people are willing to make sacrifice for. In some cases those sacrifices can be physical, financial, and in certain situations even your time. People make physical sacrifices for love because they form strong attachments to other people or things.
