What does it mean to be courageous? Well to be courageous you have to encourage someone. Just like in the passage I read it said that Rosa Parks did not give her seat up to anyone. So I’m going to tell you two details about what it means to be courageous. To get the ball rolling like I said in the introduction Rosa Parks did not give her seat up to a white man. Back then it was white people against black people. So she wanted to be brave and say no. So she started a big deal about it and then the everyone knew about it and the black people wanted to encourage her by yelling and everything.
