By definition, racial profiling is “the use of race or ethnicity as grounds for suspecting someone of having committed an offense.” This means racial profiling can be done from any race or ethnicity towards any race or ethnicity without any exceptions. One examples of this includes an officer racially profiling and closely looking at an African American rather than any other race with the assumption that he has committed a crime. Another example is an employee in an airport wanting a stricter search on a Muslim with the thought that he will be more likely to commit a crime than anyone else. Global citizenship relates to racial profiling because if someone’s a global citizen, they identify themselves as being part of the world. Global citizens
