Why should we prevent racial prejudice towards black people? In my personal case, my defendant Tom Robinson, who was a black man, was accused of raping a white woman called Mayella Ewell. Education in America is very racially segregated. When you walk into an all white school, there is not a single sight of a black person, white people believe that black people are incapable to cope with the same level of education as them. By school’s racial segregation, Schools that are attended by black people are underfunded and the students are held back due to circumstances they are put in, whereas white people are highly educated compared to black people. In America the state of Alabama, the racial segregation between black and white children is apparent. We need to have a change with the racial segregation and equality.
