playing vollyball Have you ever felt that moment when you’re so alive? I feel like that when i play vollyball. I feel excited, overwealming every thing stops when i am gitting ready to surve.Then after i surve and hear the crowd cheering i feel like i had to do it i had to make it over. preperation 1st you have to know preperation such as cross step hop, as your foot movement. Neepads so when you go for the ball [and sometimes fall] you will not get scrapes on your knees .Trust me you do not want scrapes on your knees they burn like really bad.Also how to call the ball when you see the ball comming at you you can say mine or got it.
But if you call it you better go get it if not your team might get yelled at and,you dont want to get yelled at because then your coach might

Bumping the ball. when you’r coach says to bump the ball all you have to do is get under the ball and gently hit it with your forearm.
Setting the ball. When you set the ball you just want to get under the ball and hitt it with you’r finger tips. Surving when you Surving the ball do it how your comfertable surving not how your friends surve also when you go to surve when you throw it up [if you throw it up] hitt it with you’re palm at the highest point so ot will not go into the net.Hit it with a lo of power like youre mad at something.

1. Do not let the ball hit the floor.
2.Do not stand stright up when youre on the cort.
3.Do not try to to spike the ball if you’re in the back row.
4.Do not lift the ball with youre hands that will cause youre team
