Personal Strategic Plan

Mission: My mission is to become an office manager of a medical clinic. Then I will increase profits, patient registration, and retention, all while using my Christian background as a blueprint in decision making.

Vision: My personal vision includes receiving a BHA/Bachelor of Health Administration Degree, then acquiring a position as an office manager for a medical clinic, and later becoming the regional manager over several clinics.

Goal 1- Increase patient visits
• Objective 1- Increase yearly visits by 5%
• Objective 2-Increase yearly new patients referrals by 3% Goal 2-Decrease patient wait times
• Objective 1- Scheduling patient appropriately 10%
• Objective 2- Increase use of patient portal by 20%
