MSW made a re-visit with Pt nephew, Travis, and nephews friend. Tania is currently away in south dekota for family business. Travis and friend have been very supportive to Pt. Travis is making sure Pt has food, drinks, checking his blood sugar daily and recording on calender what medican was given and when it was given for the nurses to keep track of Pt;s care. Travis stated the Pt has been doing well, eating and sleeping well. Travis reported for the future, the Pt may move into Tayna's house or she may move into his house to make he always has support. Travis is from Northern California, and said he will offer to come live with the Pt if nesserialy. Travis stated Tayna plans to look for addtional caregivers in the area that would be willing
