Scenarios like the witch hunt was not a common thing that happened in the past. This subject had shocked a lot of people. During the rundown of this situation this dragged a lot of people in to it that were not involved causing such a bigger problem than it really was. For example; in the play one of the main characters that led the witch hunt got caught for her doing. Because of this, Abigal didn't want to get into trouble so quickly blamed an innocent woman named Mary, for her mischievous. As a person got punched out of the blue for no reasoning, the sudden incidence of fear ended up causing a lot of other people to freak out and create more of a problem than there already was. It was not known at the time, who decided to punch the person because of how fast it all had happened. Since there wasn't a good idea of who did it there ended with lots of people pointing fingers and getting innocent people involved that were not even related to the soccer
