High is all about you. One of the biggest things I earned in Jr. High was personal respect. Personal respect is so important to learn early on because you will use it the rest of your life. Start with this, stop saying negative things about yourself. Accept yourself and find a group of people that can accept you as you. Second, take care of yourself, this would be known as being healthy. Get up on time, brush your teeth, do your hair, and most of all smell good! When it comes down to personal hygiene don’t be a person that walks around school smelling like they haven’t showered in a week. To conclude this essay, don’t forget to eat and sleep! Every morning get up and have a healthy breakfast, don’t skip out on it and think it isn’t important. Sleep is just as important, living off of 4-6 hours of sleep isn’t going to get you anywhere. Try to get 8 hours of sleep per night, this means don’t stay up until 3 am doing
