Global Warming: A new epidemic?
Global Warming is a gradual increase in the overall temperature of the earth 's atmosphere generally attributed to the greenhouse effect caused by increased levels of carbon dioxide, chlorofluorocarbons, and other pollutants. This global Warming is changing the earth slowly but might make drastic changes to our everyday life. There are many factors causing global warming, the effects could be devastating, and society needs to care more about this and do something to fix this possible epidemic instead of saying there is no such thing.
Primarily global warming has many reasons as to which it happens. Anything emitting greenhouse gases in the atmosphere is causing global warming. Examples of these are any combustion

Many people say that global warming is not a real event when so much scientific evidence proves otherwise. There are many simple but effective ways to help with this global epidemic. One is to reduce fossil fuel use. Combustion of fossil fuels emits greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. Another is to Plant Trees. Trees produce oxygen and take in carbon dioxide, one of the leading greenhouse gases. Also, reducing waste can help with global warming. “The production of garbage contributes to global warming both directly and indirectly. Decomposing waste in landfills produces methane and other greenhouse gases. Waste also requires energy to manufacture in the first place” (Lashof). Finally conserving water is important. Cities use energy when purifying and distributing water. This makes the greenhouse gases increase.
Finally, despite what people say about global warming being a hoax, it surely is not. All evidence points to the reality of global warming.” Today 's scientists point to climate change as the biggest global health threat of the 21st century" (Polar extremes on the polar caps). The is proof of global warming from melting glaciers, increasing temperatures, and a depleting Ozone. These are all causes and effects of global warming. If global warming was not real, then we would not be experiencing the climate changes and rising sea

Simply, it is the rise in the average temperature of the Earth’s climate, and we can’t deny the fact that the Earth’s temperature is increasing. Even a minimum rise in temperature of the earth’s climate has catastrophic effects. Global warming is caused by greenhouse gases which trap the sun rays inside the earth’s atmosphere, increasing the temperature on earth. As mentioned in a quote, “Human activities have added greenhouse gases to the atmosphere” (National Academy of Sciences B2) science proves human activities are the main cause of global warming. But, there have also been comments arguing that human activities are not the cause of climate change. And with the debate if global warming is anthropogenic or not, we are still facing it effects and we can’t deny it seeing the current natural disasters and…

Global warming is the belief that the earth’s temperature is rising due to various pollutants. It is an idea that has been around for centuries, dating back to early B.C. While the ideas of climate change continue to grow, so do the controversies. Years ago people thought global warming was just a theory, but the evidence is becoming harder to ignore. Even with all the information collected about climate change, it is still being dismissed by many. The withering of the environment will only lead to ruin and cause severe weather, habitat destruction, extinction, and many more problems that can’t be fixed if people don’t acknowledge it.…

Global climate change has been defines as “a change in global or regional climate patterns, in particular a change apparent from the mid to late 20th century onwards and attributed largely to the increased levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide produced by the use of fossil fuels.” (google definition, 2015) Global warming is the increase of the Earth’s surface temperature caused by increased levels of carbon dioxide, CFCs, and other pollutants. The Earth is getting warmer because people are adding heat, trapping gases to the atmosphere by burning fossil fuels, which including the coal, oil, and natural gases. Scientists have predicted that in the future, climate change would cause loss of sea ice, accelerated sea level rise, and more extreme…

Global warming is the continuing rise in the average temperature of the earth's atmosphere and oceans. Global warming is caused by increased concentrations of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, resulting from human activities such as deforestation and burning of fossil fuels. The increased temperature has effects on both humans and animals. There are many ways, which can allow people to continue living and to deal with climate changes. However, while humans are pretty good at adapting to climate change, it is a different story for animals.…

Global warming is caused by the Greenhouse Effect. The sun emits heat and light onto the earth. Some of the heat and light is reflected off the earth into space. Some of the heat is trapped by a layer of carbon dioxide and is reflected back onto Earth. The more carbon dioxide that is emitted into the atmosphere, more heat is going to be trapped and therefore make the earth 's temperatures rise. This action is similar to that of a greenhouse hence the name…

Global warming is caused by greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide emits into the atmosphere, also caused by burning of fossil fuel and deforestation. Average temperature around the world has increased by 0.75 Celsius. in past 100 years. David G Victor said in his book that global temperature around the world has been increasing rapidly. In the past decade, the global temperature has increased by 1 degree Celsius, due to human activities such as using fossil fuel which emits carbon dioxide in to the earth’s atmosphere. There are many ways to prevent or stop the global warming. One of the easiest…
